Once you have generated the private key and CSR on InterWorx Control Panel, you need to install an SSL certificate. Installation of SSL certificate also requires SSL chain certificate installation and both procedures are as discussed below. It requires a current SiteWorx account, dedicated IP, and installed SSL certificate.
Install SSL certificate:
- Open SiteWorx Control Panel and browse Hosting Features >> Domains >> SSL.
- In SSL certificate pane, click “Set up SSL certificate” link.
- In case, if you have already signed the certificate, open the SSL certificate file, copy and paste the content in the provided box. Click the Install button.
- You will see the message of the Certificate installed successfully.
Install SSL Chain Certificate on InterWorx Control Panel:
- Open SiteWorx Control Panel and browse Hosting Features >> Domains >> SSL.
- Open the SSL certificates menu and click “Set up SSL Chain Certificate”
- Copy and paste the content of SSL chain certificate in the given box. Click Install button.
Check SSL Installation:
Once you installed the SSL certificate on InterWorx Control Panel, you need to run SSL installation checker to check proper configuration and find details of SSL installation like expiry date, serial number, certificate issuer, key pair, etc.
